Clause 1

Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, expressed in BDT.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or bonus amounts credited to an Account, which are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules applicable to each individual game made available on the Platform, as published within the game interface.
• "Platform" means the ayna88 website at ayna88.pro and all associated services, mobile interfaces, and features.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, wager, or bonus credit or debit applied to an Account.

Clause 2

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 To access real-money features of the Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

2.2 You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any wager on the Platform. ayna88 employs age-verification procedures and may request supporting identity documents at any time. Any Account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.

2.3 Each individual may hold only one Account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for suspension and permanent closure of all associated Accounts, together with forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you. You must notify ayna88 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

2.5 ayna88 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

Clause 3

Identity Verification (KYC)

3.1 ayna88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed:

• National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months)
• Screenshot or confirmation of the mobile financial service account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) used for deposits
• Selfie photograph holding identity document, if requested

3.2 ayna88 may request KYC documentation at any stage of the Account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, when a bonus is claimed, or following a change in Account details. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.

3.3 All submitted documents are processed in accordance with the ayna88 Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for verification purposes and are not shared with unauthorised third parties.

Clause 4

Deposits

4.1 Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ayna88 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and Account verification tier. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your Account.

4.3 Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If ayna88 determines that a deposit originated from a third-party account, the deposit will be returned (where possible) and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.4 ayna88 is not liable for delays in deposit processing caused by the payment provider, network outages, or banking system maintenance. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within a reasonable timeframe, please contact our support team.

Clause 5

Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. You may not withdraw funds to a payment account not registered in your own name.

5.2 Before any withdrawal is processed, ayna88 may require completion of KYC verification as described in Clause 3. Withdrawal requests submitted before verification is complete will be held in a pending state until documentation is reviewed and approved.

5.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount, though withdrawals above ৳50,000 may be subject to additional verification and may be processed in tranches at ayna88's discretion.

5.4 Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. The status of wagering requirements is visible in your Account dashboard.

5.5 ayna88 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of approval. Actual transfer times depend on the payment provider and may be longer during public holidays or periods of high transaction volume.

Clause 6

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

6.1 ayna88 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps, which are published alongside the relevant offer.

6.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered (using bonus funds, real funds, or a combination as specified) before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.

6.3 The following conduct is strictly prohibited in connection with bonuses and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and possible Account closure:

• Registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once
• Using automated software or bots to fulfil wagering requirements
• Placing low-risk, opposing, or arbitrage bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk
• Coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers
• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion

6.4 ayna88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to reclaim any bonus credited in error.

Clause 7

Game Rules & Betting

7.1 All games available on the Platform are operated by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own published Game Rules, accessible within the game interface. In the event of conflict between these Terms and a Game Rule, these Terms prevail unless the Game Rule is more specific to the matter in question.

7.2 Sports betting markets are subject to separate sportsbook rules published on the relevant betting pages. Settlement of sporting events follows official results as published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.). In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, ayna88's decision is final.

7.3 ayna88 does not accept liability for errors caused by technical faults, disconnections, or software malfunctions during gameplay. Where a technical error affects the outcome of a game, ayna88 will attempt to reconstruct the game state using server-side logs and settle the round accordingly. If reconstruction is not possible, the round will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the Player's Account.

7.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. Bets placed outside these limits may be voided.

Clause 8

Prohibited Conduct & Fair Play

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt sporting influence
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities — any such exploits must be reported to support immediately
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to process proceeds of crime
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or ayna88 staff

8.2 ayna88 employs fraud-detection tools and monitors Account activity continuously. Accounts suspected of prohibited conduct will be suspended pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, the Account will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited. ayna88 reserves the right to report such conduct to relevant authorities.

Clause 9

Responsible Gaming

9.1 ayna88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible to every registered player at no charge via the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit
• Loss Limits — cap the total amount you may lose within a defined period
• Session Time Reminders — receive notifications after a set period of continuous play
• Time-Out — temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days
• Self-Exclusion — permanently or indefinitely close your Account and block re-registration

9.2 ayna88 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction. Players must be 21 years of age or older to register and play. If you believe you have a gambling problem, please contact our support team or visit the Responsible Gaming page for guidance and resources.

9.3 Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months. ayna88 will not contact self-excluded players with promotional material during the exclusion period.

Clause 10

Privacy & Data Protection

10.1 ayna88 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the ayna88 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.

10.2 All data transmitted between your device and the Platform is protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. ayna88 does not store full card numbers or mobile banking credentials on its servers.

10.3 ayna88 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law.

Clause 11

Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, and audio — is the property of ayna88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

11.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of ayna88.

Clause 12

Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ayna88 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform; (b) interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform caused by circumstances beyond ayna88's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, acts of God, or government action.

12.2 ayna88's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by ayna88's negligence, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

Clause 13

Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 ayna88 may suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) ayna88 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any illegal conduct associated with your Account; (c) you are found to be under 21 years of age; or (d) ayna88 is required to do so by applicable law or regulation.

13.2 You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any bonus funds not yet eligible for withdrawal) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13.3 Where an Account is closed as a result of a breach of these Terms, ayna88 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If a breach is confirmed, forfeited funds will not be returned.

Clause 14

Complaints & Dispute Resolution

14.1 If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the Platform or your Account, please contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. Please provide your Account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. ayna88 aims to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 14 working days.

14.2 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, ayna88's server-side logs constitute the definitive record of the transaction. The decision of ayna88 following review of these logs is final.

14.3 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

Clause 15

Amendments to These Terms

15.1 ayna88 may update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-Platform notification at least 7 days before they take effect, where practicable. Non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect your rights) take effect immediately upon publication.

15.2 If you do not agree with any amendment, you may close your Account before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
